Clubhouse Golf ("we", "us") operates the Clubhouse Golf website and mobile app, a marketplace and companion app for golf equipment, apparel, course bookings, and swing training. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Account details - name, email address, and phone number when you sign up or sign in with Google, Apple, or phone.
• Waitlist and contact submissions - your email address and any message you send us.
• Profile and order information - shipping addresses, saved preferences, and order history once shopping features go live.
• Swing and training data - videos or metrics you submit for swing analysis and lesson booking.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as device type, app version, and general usage analytics, to keep the product working reliably.

• To create and secure your account, and authenticate you across the app and website.
• To send transactional emails - signup confirmation, order updates, and responses to messages you send us.
• To operate core features - course bookings, product browsing, and swing/lesson tracking.
• To improve the product and diagnose issues.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the product (for example, our authentication, email delivery, and hosting providers), and only to the extent needed for them to perform that service.

We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active, and delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period after account deletion, except where we're required to keep records for legal or accounting reasons. We use industry-standard safeguards - encrypted connections, access controls, and row-level security on our database - to protect your data.

• You can update your name and contact details from the Account tab in the app.
• You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time via the link in those emails.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us.

Clubhouse Golf is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
